Customer Targeting, Campaigns and PromotionsWith the crm system, you can target specific groups of customers for certain promotions. Below is a list of targeting options currently available on the system.

Permission Profiling  -  Customers may elect to recevie information according to specific product groups, vendor location or proximity, or times of the day or week. For a more in depth demonstration of Permission Profiling, see the demo on the previous page.

Customer Demographics  -  Any demographic information volunteered by the customer at any time, can be used to target tha customer. Basic demographics include Gender and Age Group. More detailed information may include, credit card held, educational qualifications, annual salary etc.

These demographics can be added or removed using the administration console that comes as part of all implementations of the CRM System.

Events  -  An event is when some action is performed by a customer using the CRM System.

Event include:- Content Viewing (either individual content or product group)
- Purchases (either individual products or product groups)
- Registration events (customer sign-ups or changes)

These events can have dates specified within which the event has to have taken place.


Any other targeting options can be discussed and customised during implementation.
